Tiah Frankish - Library Services Coordinator
I believe that the role of libraries is in constant flux and that learning never ends. I have the pleasure of providing training and working alongside experts in the field of Library Science and Digital Literacy. As the library service coordinator, I work with professionals that are dedicated to providing the Adams 12 learning community the digital literacy skills they will need to be successful in the real world. It is essential that our community can interact with and evaluate the plethora of information available at their fingertips. I work hard to collaboratively choose materials that excite and engage learners while promoting lifelong literacy skills. This requires working with district and school staff to provide professional development that deepens their understanding in order to prepare our students for the rest of their lives. As new technologies are developed, so are the skill sets that our Digital Literacy Partners are acquiring.
