Using Student Voice to Shape Library Redesign
This session will discuss how to gather student input with google forms and informal advisory sessions in order to collect data that can drive library redesign - make the most of your library space to support curriculum and encourage students to use the space for learning and growth- both during class and at lunch and study periods.
Helen has been in public education for 29 years. She started as a first and second grade teacher and then was a K-5 librarian for six years before switching to the high school level where she has worked for the past 15 years. She moved from New Jersey to Longmont in 2012 where she has been the Longmont High School Librarian.
